How long does Shipping take?

Orders will ship every Friday. Orders placed Friday after 12pm will be shipped the following Friday.

What is the Exchange Policy?

Customers can exchange items within 15 days from the order date. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping. Once we receive the return tracking number from the customer, the new items will be shipped. Please notify us with an exchange request before shipping items back.

What happens next when I select pick up?

All Pickup orders will receive a confirmation email, stating your order is ready for pick-up. Followed by an email asking what time slot you would like to pick up. Once a slot is confirmed, you will meet at the address provided. 

 

Please note, if a pickup slot is confirmed and you cannot make it. Please let us know via email (weareonesociety@gmail.com). If you confirm a slot and you do not let us know, Your order will automatically appear as a shipping order and will be sent a $10 shipping fee invoice (via Paypal). If the shipping invoice is not paid after 10 days, your order will be canceled.

Are products unisex?

One Society is a unisex brand. Most Items are made to fit both men and women unless specified.

Yes, it can be found in on the product page under product details

Can I only buy products online?

No, One Society has pop-up shops. You can be notified our next pop-up location by signing up on our website or following us on any of our social media platforms.
